Visit Quetzaltenango!!

Quetzaltenango is the second biggest and important city in Guatemala because of its production and economy, and it is also known as Xela or Xelajú. It was proclamed as "Capital de Centroamérica" in the year 2008 by Parlacen.

The official language is Spanish but also it is spoken quiché and mam, native languages which are represented by the 60,57% of the whole population in Quetzaltenango city.
